lovely stay
room design great shower comfortable beds
i found the room design modern. the shower was great, very refreshing. i appreciated the quiet neighborhood, especially at night. my partner enjoyed the comfortable beds after long days (we slept so well!).
i noticed no lunch or snack facilities were available within the hotel.

the staff spoke english fluently and were very accommodating with our early check-in. they offered helpful assistance for local directions and recommendations. communication was fast and friendly throughout our stay.

breakfast offered nice quality items, though slightly limited in variety. fresh fruit and water were available in the comfortable lobby (this was a nice touch). the staff stored snacks for us in their fridges, helpful.

appealing decor good design pool closure prior notice
the decor was appealing. the room design was also good. the reception staff provided attentive service.
the pool was closed. i was told about the closure upon arrival. i think guests should receive prior notice.

the staff was helpful and spoke english fluently. my room was clean and had a minimalist design. i could easily walk to restaurants and the u-bahn in about 5-10 minutes.
i was not notified about this beforehand. the gym was also closed. i found no lunch or snack facilities within the premises.
